Return & Refund Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded within 7 Days of the event. In the event that cancellation is still needed, the full deposit will not be refundable. 

 

Orders may be canceled by the whatsapp message at 011-39682089 or 013-6102528.

 

Cancellation refunds above 7 days are subject to a 50% fee. Saf & Rosz Bakery will retain 50% of the price of the cake to cover costs incurred to initiate your order.

The cakes are perishable foods and we regret refunds cannot be provided for such products unless they are proved to be faulty or damaged. Faulty or damaged cakes should be notified to us by email or telephone within 3 days of receipt. In the very unusual circumstance of simply ‘not liking’ the cake, this does not warrant a refund.
