Return & Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled by email or telephone provided in this web page. If cancellation of an order is notified to us before the order has been dispatched then it will be fully refunded. We regret we cannot cancel an order after it has been dispatched.
The cakes are perishable foods and we regret refunds cannot be provided for such products unless they are proved to be faulty or damaged. Faulty or damaged cakes should be notified to us by email or telephone within 3 days of receipt. In the very unusual circumstance of simply ‘not liking’ the cake, this does not warrant a refund.
Pre Order
For Pre Order cake before 2pm, the earliest cake is ready on next day. However the cakes can be delivered at later time based on your own preference date and time. You can provide us the time and date collection upon check out.
